Refund policy

14-day money-back, no questions. If The First 90 Days, the Playbook, the Check Pack or the Bundle isn't for you, reply to your Stripe receipt email within 14 days of purchase and say "refund". The full amount goes back to the card you paid with. Stripe usually shows it within 5–10 business days. You don't need to explain, and you don't need to delete the file — we'd rather you keep reading.

After 14 days, digital files can't be refunded, but write anyway if something went wrong with delivery: a broken link is always fixed.

Delivery

Everything is a PDF. After payment you land on a page with the download buttons. The same link is in your Stripe receipt and works for 7 days. Lost it after that? Reply to the receipt and we'll send a fresh one.

Privacy

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never reaches us. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.
• The free week 1 asks for an email so the download link can be re-sent if you lose it. It's stored on Cloudflare in the EU/US, is not sold or shared, and is not put on any mailing list. Reply to any message from us with "delete" and it's gone.
• The page itself keeps two things in your own browser only (the date you entered and the boxes you ticked) so they're still there when you come back. Nothing about them is sent to us.
• No advertising pixels, no analytics that follow you around the web. We count page visits in aggregate, nothing more.

Terms

• The First 90 Days and its companions are self-directed programs for personal use. They are not medical, psychological or legal advice, and they make no promise about what any other person will do, including your ex.
• If you are in crisis or thinking about hurting yourself, close the program and call your local emergency line or a crisis line (US and Canada: 988; UK and Ireland: 116 123; Australia: 13 11 14).
• The files are licensed to you, the buyer, for personal use. Resale, redistribution or public posting isn't permitted.
• Prices are in US dollars. Taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout by Stripe. Launch pricing ends on the date shown on the product page; after that the regular price applies.
